This release is essentially Anime-Koi’s release re-timed & QCed[Partially edited]. A lot of dialogue was changed as well. Updated their Typesetting for consistency and some major tweaking here and there. Consistency notes below.

TS fonts are now consistent with AKoi’s EP 12. Fixed blur(might not be perfect) and clipping etc. Updated Styles with AKoi’s EP 12.
We’ll be changing the names in AKoi’s release for consistency and to match online sources.

If your adding the commentary track are you also translating the commentary with it for those of us who don’t know Japanese? I wouldn’t mind the commentary track but only if you’re translating what they are saying.
Well all the groups that include the commentary track have it without translation unless it had translations available on the BD that is it had official subs included in the BD.
Since this series doesn’t have official subs we decided not to include the commentary but provide it as an extra feature for those who want to listen to it. Besides commentary tracks are mostly for japanese folks that are just rewatching the show and wanna know what the VAs thought about it so I doubt we’ll be translating them either. So anyway it’s just an extra feature for those who want it though it won’t really get TLed by us.
Btw the file name has a error it says “Outbreak Compant” not “Outbreak Company.”

How come you’re doing this series when 2 BD groups have already completed it?
Well the reason why we’re doing is because Final8 didn’t really put much efforts into the BDs and then there’s Doki using their own subs and loligeddon who dropped it after Vol 2. So we just wanted to provide a better version of this with better quality Akoi subs and plus we wanted to do it which is the biggest reason why we picked it up
